-Attributed to Leonardo da Vinci, Italian painter and inventor.

This quote is widely attributed to da Vinci himself, however no proof exists that he actually wrote or said it. The quote actually comes from a 1965 film about da Vinci, titled I, Leonardo da Vinci. The script was written by John H. Secondari, so it is most likely Secondari who actually wrote the words, but he was writing them for da Vinci to say, which creates a confusing bit of attribution. Still, da Vinci was fascinated with flight and spent great amounts of time pondering it, so the quote fits well into his headspace.

Shooting Stars Are Not Actual Stars!

What we call a shooting star is a streak of light from the burning dust of meteors entering Earth’s atmosphere at high speeds and vaporizing.  

Skydiving requires a lot of energy:
A double dose of physical and mental health.
Being a skydiving athlete at the national and international championships it requires a lot of energy. It is essential to take extra care of your body to maintain good health by prioritizing a nutritious diet, drinking plenty of water, and exercising daily. Eating well also includes caring for your emotional and mental well-being. 

There is no way to stay healthy without good eating habits. It is necessary to maintain good discipline in daily life and avoid substances that naturally increase your heart rate, such as caffeine, alcohol, and tobacco.

Opt for foods rich in vitamins and fiber, such as: vegetables, fruits, greens, grains, nuts, lean proteins... And it is essential to avoid sodium, fat, and fried foods.

Daily juices of fresh raw vegetables and fresh fruits prevent the use of medication and improve:  energy, anxiety, stress, panic syndrome, low blood oxygen levels, heart and respiratory diseases, anemia, and more. The juices cure cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, and poor blood circulation, it cleanses the intestines, liver, and kidneys and improves sleep quality.

Quality of sleep:
Snoring and sleep apnea are problems that increase the chances of developing cardiac arrhythmia. Therefore, it is essential to control these disorders to ensure the necessary hours of rest.

Consumption of omega-3 is considered a “good” fat. It regulates the activity of blood platelets and reduces triglyceride levels, stabilizing the electrical activity of the heart. To obtain it, increase your intake of salmon, sardines, tuna, flaxseed, and almonds...

Alcoholism and smoking:
Alcohol triggers arterial fibrillation, while nicotine releases high doses of adrenaline, which stimulates the heart and increases heart rate. Therefore, it is essential to avoid both substances.

Physical activity:
The sport of skydiving requires positive energy consumption. Therefore, it is essential to practice physical activity regularly.
